pen_on_diaryWhich Doctor can I see?

We are a group practice. In general we prefer patients to see their usual Doctor. If your usual doctor is away or if his appointments are fully booked, and you are unable to wait, you will be offered an appointment with another doctor.

When can I make an appointment?

We offer a mix of pre-bookable and “on the day” appointments both morning and evening, in order to be as flexible as possible. Pre-bookable appointments can usually be made 7 weeks in advance (depend on availability). For 'on the day' or urgent appointments, we do kindly request you phone us at 8am, as availability is often limited.

How can I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made in person at reception, over the phone or online using our Online Services.

You can now book an appointment with your usual GP online. You need to register at the surgery first for online services. To book an appointment, click Here

We are able to offer an extended access appointment at either our Kings Lynn hub, or our Swaffham hub.

The provision of this service is only available to patients who are registered with one of the 21 surgeries within West Norfolk
