How to request an appointment
You can request an appointment in the following ways:

- Calling the surgery on 01366 388888
When can I make an appointment?
We offer a mix of pre-bookable and ‘on the day’ appointments both morning and evening, in order to be as flexible as possible. Pre-bookable appointments can usually be made 7 weeks in advance, dependent on availability. For ‘on the day’ or urgent appointments, we do request that you contact us at 08:00, as availability is often limited.
Please be aware that our GPs and clinical team appointments can be booked up to 7 weeks in advance. We are actively trying to promote this at present to reduce the number of routine appointments being booked on the day, in order to free more time for urgent bookings. We would be most grateful if you could book in advance for routine follow ups.
Which doctor can I see?
We are a group practice. In general, we prefer patients to see their usual doctor. If your usual doctor is away or if his appointments are fully booked, and you are unable to wait, you will be offered an appointment with another doctor.
Our doctors take daily calls for advice as follows:
- Dr Scott – 13:30-14:00
- Dr Purbey – 11:30-12:00
- Dr Hambling – 12:00-12:30
- Dr Lockrane – 12:00-12:30
- Dr Wroblewska – 11:30-12:00
- Dr Satish – 11:30-12:00
We are trying to reduce the number of telephone calls into the practice. If you wish to speak to a doctor on the telephone, please contact us during opening hours and leave your name and contact number for the doctor to call you back. This will normally be during the doctor’s next telephone calls session.
Improved access appointments are only available to patients who are registered with one of the 21 surgeries within West Norfolk. Appointments are made via the surgery and are available to patients who are unable to access appointments during normal surgery hours or when surgery appointments are fully booked.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
Appointments can be cancelled using our Cancel an Appointment triage.
